Time to Blog again

As the book sales of the worlds least known author begin to dwindle and she starts to become restless once more for all the fame and adulation she truly thinks she deserves, it transpires that not only has Anya Peters started to blog again but she has even opened up the comments facility.

Regular readers may recall that although she initially had it open to allcomers, she limited posting to registered users as more and more people became sceptical of her motives and modus operandi.
Once the nay sayers and dissenting voices became the dominant force, she closed all comments altogether.
After all, nobody wants to hear the truth, do they!

Covered up under the guise of "not enough time to answer all the fan mail due to hectic press junkets etc", the ability to add comments remained closed.
Until now.

There could only be one or two reasons for this:
1. With book sales dwindling, her advance money spent and still facing life in a poky bedsit with no prospects, she has all the time in the world to blog and bask in the glow of people still taken in by her sob story.

2. She's desperately trying to fan the flame of publicity in any way possible now that her 15 milliseconds of fame are over.

Strangely though, despite several comments being added there's not one dissenting voice to be seen.

Now, this could be due to the fact that she has to personally approve each and every comment before it appears or it could be due to the fact that the only people that go there are muppets who are new to her story.

Let's hope they discover this little "Homage" site so that they can gain an even view of the story, eh chums !!

I heard about this story and googledsher name and found her site as well as yours. I thought there was some holes in her story and your own blog seems to hit the nail on the head.
some people will do anything for fame.
well done for giving me some laughs and proving that you can only fool some of the people all of the time (or something like that).

And I Sir would drink a pint of her chilled piss if it meant I could write as well as her.

Anya we love EVERYTHING you do, even your piss would be like hot sugary tea on a cold day in the Laneway..... We all miss you. Please fill our dull lives with some talk of elves and singing mushrooms and so forth.

Please piss in our pots soon and let us see your golden shower fall from your genito urinary slot of plenty.

Your comments so far have touched me.

But I believe they would be more appreciated on the authors site itself.
Do pop along and see if she'll allow them to be published.
After all, it's not as if she's manipulating her image, is it...............

I tried that. I posted under the name Mrs Elaine Way. Sadly the towering intellect that is WS saw through my cunning deceit.

Something more of a green tone perhaps?...

Perchance they think it goes well with my eyes.......

Some of Anya's Sicko-phants constantly harp on that I am jealous.
Yessirree Bob indeed !!

After all, I live in a luxurious palace with my every whim catered for by hand picked maidens of delight from exotic shores and yet .......

And yet I long for the simple life, living in a bedsit and spewing up sixth form angst for simple minded dolts to feast upon.
Oh how many sleepless nights have I lay awake, staring at the silken tapestries that adorn my bed chamber and wished that I too could have a jutting out kitchen, and, before that, an even simpler time filled with magical moments such as urinating from an open car door under a smiling moon as all around, Worldy wise owls wearing pince nez hooted their reassurances to me that someday, my prince would come.(allegedly) as my chariot lay tucked doon a laneway.......

Forsooth !!
I am rumbled.
The jig is up !!

Poetic Hugsssss.....

Ohhh well!! As if we would believe a word you say by now!

Anyway, here's wishing you a Joyful 2008 and a Happy New Year! :)

May the new year bring a lot of frosty snowballs thrown at your head (hopefully not damaging the interior, whatever that sponge is)...

You're so Poetic you G.A.!

It's obvious they didn't abandon Anya, she lost herself in the woods because of her fascination with trees and green things. Who would abandon such a lovely thing?

She's not boring! She's repetitive, but not boring!!

It's not her fault that she never sleeps! She has to share her genius with the world, or with the entire galaxy!!

It's not her fault that she has to lie! They would never believe the truth anyway!! What else can she do?

It's not her fault that other people have slow brains,or better saying, brains!!

It's not her fault that she's imaginative!

Sadly that's one of the reasons to lament the devolution of the human spirit these days.

"It's not my fault."
"It's someone elses fault."

Nobody takes responsibilty these days.
Everyone knows their rights but no one's interested in their responsibilties.

Too many letters for today's ADD society to grasp.

People say the same thing about the bible, the tales may not have existed and some people say there is no such thing as God... but he stills inspires many people in the world to keep going when times are tough. Sometimes all it takes is a little faith to get out of a bad situation, why would you put down something that is helping others get through their torments and personal demons?

If I had to choose, I'd stick with the torment & demons thanks !
